TAWDI Instrument
The Team and Workplace Dynamics Inventory (TAWDI) is built on comprehensive research and cutting-edge methodologies and provides actionable data that empowers staff to better understand their team mates. The assessment is only 10 minutes per staff member but it provides powerful insights into how to build rapport in working groups, navigate challenges more effectively, find ways to capitalise on diversity and foster an environment of trust and respect.
GEDI Instrument
GEDI, the acronym for Global Executive Dynamics Inventory is a unique assessment that helps executive and senior teams to uncover the interpersonal dynamics that shape their results. The data received gives an understanding of ways senior teams can lead more effectively and operate at their best to steer their organisation to success.
