About the Director
ADMAST was founded in 2000 by Director, Shirley Moss, a highly experienced trainer and facilitator in business soft skills as well as a personal life coach and business mentor.
She sees the value in every individual and has a passion for developing people and helping them to realise their full potential.
As a business consultant, she has trained and facilitated many lively, interactive workshops to motivate and inspire individuals for change.
Her experience includes being involved in Management Development Programs for GIMT Business School for 9 enlightening years, nurturing more than 450 young graduates successfully through an intense management development program. She was also instrumental in equipping groups of young South Africans for the workplace through a Services SETA learnership academy contract where she facilitated learning in all the areas of fundamental business skills.
As a life coach, she has also helped individuals gain valuable insights, through her caring one-on-one approach.

TAWDI Instrument
The Team and Workplace Dynamics Inventory (TAWDI) is built on comprehensive research and cutting-edge methodologies and provides actionable data that empowers staff to better understand their team mates. The assessment is only 10 minutes per staff member but it provides powerful insights into how to build rapport in working groups, navigate challenges more effectively, find ways to capitalise on diversity and foster an environment of trust and respect.
GEDI Instrument
GEDI, the acronym for Global Executive Dynamics Inventory is a unique assessment that helps executive and senior teams to uncover the interpersonal dynamics that shape their results. The data received gives an understanding of ways senior teams can lead more effectively and operate at their best to steer their organisation to success.
